All contractors/providers are independent, and airconcosts.com does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary licenses and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in photos or videos on airconcosts.com are actors or models and not contractors listed on airconcosts.com.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to airconcosts.com, its Marketing Partners, the services provided, or any communication with airconcosts.com or its Marketing Partners shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. NO CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR OTHER COLLECTIVE ACTIONS SHALL BE PERMITTED.
• Arbitration shall take place in Denver County, Colorado, or another mutually agreed location.
• The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) shall govern the enforceability of this arbitration agreement. However, all other aspects of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any claim must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arises, or it shall be permanently barred.
• If airconcosts.com or its Marketing Partners are the prevailing party in any arbitration or legal dispute, you agree to reimburse all legal expenses, including attorney’s fees and arbitration costs.
